Position Summary
Envirolin Canada is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to actively contribute to the company’s growth within an assigned territory.
Reporting to management, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. The incumbent will be responsible for prospecting, opening new accounts, developing and maintaining an active sales pipeline, and managing opportunities through to successful closing.
The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities, acquire new accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and advance opportunities through the sales process. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for growing existing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on territory development.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, organized, and results-driven individual who thrives in a technical B2B sales environment where initiative, persistence, and business development are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Secure meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Present Envirolin Canada’s products and solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Grow sales within existing customer accounts.
- Maintain an active and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to advance sales opportunities.
- Record customer activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team, customer service department, and sales management.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Strong interest in prospecting and developing new customer accounts.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Ability to establish credibility with technical or industrial customers.
- Ability to explain technical products and solutions in a clear and accessible manner.
- Results-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the lubricants, hydraulics, heavy equipment, transportation, construction, forestry, marine, or industrial equipment industries.
- Experience working with distributors, OEMs, dealerships, service shops, or industrial customers.
- Technical education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
