Client Experience and Sales Support Advisor

Ensure efficient and accurate management of customer accounts and commercial terms, while delivering high-quality service that contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Experience and Sales Support Advisor is responsible for:

  • Responding to customers by phone and email and answering their inquiries
  • Providing information about our products and services
  • Taking customer orders and ensuring efficient order processing
  • Opening customer accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance of information
  • Managing equipment loan requests
  • Organizing product deliveries and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring effective communication
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma
Strong command of French and ability to communicate effectively in English when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office Suite)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week
